a great lady at 80
My mother turned eighty today.
And I can hardly keep up with her.
Her charm can warm up the coldest room.
Her presence makes things seem alright.
Her sense of fun makes you take yourself less seriously.
Her laugh makes you remember that life should be relished.
When you are with her you think that you are the most important person in the world...
these are her gifts.
